Pros: Very nice, it has cool animation.
Cons: The tracking was bad (Becuase your camera is lightly skipping). AE will do this, maybe you might be able to tell it to stop. moving smoothly so it reacts better to the Frames Per Second. that your camera records at.

Conclusion: Good job! you should put it on youtube if you haven't already.

Thanks! I have used the motion tracking in AE, but it didn't quite turn out as well as I hoped it would. So I will continue to practice tracking with this program, and possibly use some kind of gear to make a handheld camera more steady. And this is already on YouTube, the link is in the author comments. :)
